PRP Penile Injections

Increased your penis length and girth, get firmer erections, and improve your sexual stamina with this latest treatment being offered at our office.

What is Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy?

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy is a medical procedure in which a concentrated form of an individual’s own blood, rich in platelets, is injected into an injured or damaged area of the body. The primary aim is to facilitate natural healing while alleviating pain and inflammation. Platelets, integral to blood clotting and tissue repair, release growth factors pivotal in initiating the healing process.

Your blood is drawn and put into a centrifuge (a machine that spins rapidly to separate fluids of different densities).

STEP 1

After about 10 minutes in the centrifuge, your blood will have separated into in three layers:

  • Platelet-poor plasma

  • Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)

  • Red blood cells

STEP 2

The PRP  is drawn up into a syringe and then injected into areas of the scalp that need increased hair growth.

STEP 3

PRP + Penile Injections

Within the context of penile injections for enhancement purposes, the PRP procedure stands out. This treatment entails extracting PRP from the patient’s blood and administering it directly into the penis, aiming to repair damaged tissues, enhance erectile function, and promote both new cellular and vascular growth, as demonstrated in basic science studies.

Benefits

Many patients have reported improvements in the following areas:

  • Firmer erections
  • Improved sexual stamina (i.e. easier to achieve and maintain erections)
  • Increased penile length and girth.
  • Heightened sensation.
  • Overall improved performance.

*Results may vary based on the individual patient’s medical history.

Penile injection Process

The Physician Assistant or Nurse begins by drawing the patient’s blood, which is then processed using a centrifuge to extract the Platelet-Rich-Plasma (PRP). Afterward, the PRP is loaded into a sterile syringe. The healthcare provider will then administer the injection carefully into the penis, typically targeting the corpora cavernosa, which are two sponge-like tissue chambers crucial for erections. Upon completion of the injection, the patient is advised to apply pressure to the injection site for a few minutes to minimize bruising.

Time

The whole process beginning to end – Preparation, Injection, and Post Injection Monitoring – usually last about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
